This Covert PTT VOX MITEX 2 pin earpiece with Ear Mould provides you with great-quality sound in your everyday job. This covert acoustic MITEX radio 2 pin earpiece with Ear Mould can be used with the push-to-talk (PTT) button on the inline microphone, or as a voice-activated unit (VOX). When activated on a Voice Activated Transmission (VOX) mode, the user can operate in a total hands-free mode without having to use the PTT button. To disable the VOX feature, the user simply set the selector back to PTT. This earpiece is made from high-quality materials that make it durable at the same time it is lightweight.

Easy connection and control

One wire leaves the radio and runs to a microphone push-to talk unit; the earpiece wire attaches to the microphone/push to talk unit. This earpiece must be clipped near the lapel, in law enforcement applications usually to the vest. The earpiece features a large high impact polycarbonate microphone/PTT housing that can be clipped onto your collar, tie or lapel and can be quickly activated with the push to talk (PTT) button. This is the perfect radio earpiece for doorman, bodyguards, and anyone working in security services. The Push to Talk (PTT) / microphone button allows you to seamlessly switch volume ups and down in a noisy environment, and it can be securely attached flatly to your vest so it won’t be visible and can be pressed without holding it.

The audio quality of this earpiece is excellent. The transparent acoustic tube transmits high-quality sound and delivers deep, immersive sound – even in windy or noisy environments.
