Returns and Refund Policy

 

  • You can request to return a product within 15 calendar days of receiving your order in case you change your mind and within 30 calendar days if the goods are faulty or damaged

  • Products must be returned via registered mail or your usual transport company with delivery tracking. Please note that EarpieceHub is not responsible for any costs incurred in returning products to us.

  • EarpieceHub must receive the unwanted product within 15 calendar days.

  • Once we receive the product and it has been checked thoroughly, a member of our sales team will process your exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing. Please unbox and rebox all products with care.

  • Refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be issued within 15 calendar days of us receiving returned products.

  • Next-day and 48-hour delivery fees are non-refundable if the order is returned.
